No. Sailor is open source under Apache-2.0 and free to use. This pricing is for support plans: Community is free, Team support is billed annually, and Enterprise is quoted per engagement.
Team support subscriptions include a 14-day refund window for initial purchases. Enterprise terms are handled in the signed contract.
Yes. Apache-2.0 lets your team ship closed-source client or internal products at no cost. Shipping them under your own brand needs no permission; presenting them under the Nebutra or Sailor names needs an Enterprise trademark licence.
